Sport Stacking is an activity that engages learners in a unique way, challenging them to practice for individual excellence, be a better team player in team (relay and doubles) events, to bond with their parents (in parent-child events); Sport Stacking entails using 12 specially designed, high-tech cups to stack into predetermined formations. Sport Stacking athletes race against other competitors and against time, the World Sport Stacking Association (WSSA) provides a platform, sets the rules and regulations, and enable athletes to outdo themselves, set new National / Asian / World Records and form friendships with Sport Stacking comrades and team mates that last a lifetime.
WSSA SG, led by head Coach Allan Ong has been promoting Sport Stacking in Singapore since 2010. It has reached MOE schools, Special need schools, International Schools, Community Centres, Residents’ Networks and churches all around Singapore. WSSA SG hosted Asian Championships multiple times (2011, 2017, 2021) and World Championships once (2023). The next sanctioned competition is the National Championships on 27-28 Sept 2025 at Kinex Shopping Mall; the next recreational level competition is on 6 Sept 2025 at Marine Terrace RN. Gear up, practice and be the next National champion!
